One thing that puzzles me is your pending marriage. I know hes American, but how did you meet?
What are your plans for the future together? Will you live in America? Do you both have criminal records that mean you will never be together what with the USA harsh stance on ex cons (talking from experience)

I will tell you another time how we met its top secret HA but we are working on him getting his visa but it may be hard with his criminal record you are right. If we cant get it sorted i will just go out there i dont have a drugs record so i will be fine.
