The strength of a women

All women are beautiful; the things she must overcome are endless.

With open arms and an open heart she conquers all sacrificing herself, putting others needs before her own. The true beauty of a women lies in her soul not her curves.

The unconditional love she possesses is mind boggling to many. The strength of a women can not be described with words it shows in the way she carries herself, her walk, her confidence, her sensuality, her self respect, the ability to walk with a smile and her head held high when deep inside she’s crying out, yet she is able to put all emotions aside and rise to any occasion

I should know better''

Well as my previous post states things are fucking not running smooth !

In fact I'm in loads of shit ! real talk !

So not only am i breaking my back to make this new york trip i have promised to go and collect my future husband on his first day of freedom having been locked in a Cage for 16 long years !!!

Yup !! my new man is perfect for me and i love him too bits. But we all no and we know very well that in any relationship.

''One is loved'

''and the other is in love''

I hope i got that right Ha yes I'm on a mini sesh !

So things are tight at the moment real tight this credit crunch bullshit scare stories have fucked me up for real !

Business is worse than worse. So I'm carry all the weight on my shoulders of another journey across the pond to yet again go and find my American boy. My mum has fallen out with me over it. She said ''i just don't get this whole American thing'' Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Well I'm getting tired of people who really think they no what my life is like cause they don't and never will my life is real.

So I'm yet again without a ride, yeah and this is another drama that i have had to face due to my irresponsible hazardous lifestyle.

I was driving back from a clients house last Friday the booking was okay i got a bit carried away with the Bombay sapphire. I got around a mile away from my house when all of a sudden i heard a huge thud and a real long bang. I felt everything cutting out so i navigated the car into a side street. I came to a hault. I got out of my BMW and fell onto the hard concrete pavement on my knees. I looked at the passenger side of my car and all i could see was a huge long grey thing lay on the passenger side window.

I immediately called a guy who drives for an escort agency i know the girl who runs it. He came and pulled up as i was crying my eyes out saying half the lamppost was attached to the side of my car.

He cam back as he had told me to wait in his car, he said its the airbag not a lamppost you have curbed the car and it has activated the airbag with the huge impact.

Well i left the car there for over 24 hours as i couldn't face going to collect it after the mess i had made of the whole situation.

I would have been sent to hell for driving in that state i worked out that breaking it down i had consumed 12 large gin and tonics.

The car is to put it politely fooked Durrrrrrrrr what a backward hustle, I'm mad as hell so now i have no car its sat on my drive and i don't know what the hell is going to get me out of this fine mess.

Mmmm I'm that close i can smell him

I guess i should stop being such a lazy beatch and share my latest antics. To be fair i think i am a point of no return. Before i mention i am meant to be flying to New York to pick up my latest squeeze.

I thought that everything was going to be ok. Nope i had to find out that nothing in life worth having comes easy. Where i am at is that my husband will be released from jail on 30th of October and nope im not ashamed and i'm not blushing.

So i have been doing my homework on visas and the lowdown of bringing someone into or country (UK)

Hiya Roxy

response to your email. I will do my best to help. I must ask a few questions first: Does he hold a US passport? What type of felony is on record? Has he ever been to the UK before?Does he have family/UK heritage? This may sound odd, but have you met in person before? (it may seem a strange question, but this is pertinent to which visa)does he have any type of pending probation or restriction?

Would he be able to get a letter of reference from perhaps an Officer of the State, a judge, or even a PO.In normal circumstances, when one has a criminal record, they are not able to get a passport to leave the US. Or if they have one it is revoked.

This holds true especially in violent or drug-related cases. However, once I get the answers to your questions I will do some digging and see what it is we can do for you.I am not an agent and am not looking for any type of payment. I simply believe that everyone deserves a fresh start and should not be kept from those they love because of where they were born.

It may be difficult for him. I will not lie. However, where there is will, there is a way. Hopefully. Will be in touch. Any additional information you care to share with me will help me to suss out what needs to be done

Regards,Rio

RESPONSE

your question has many complications. First let me start of by apologising fpr my delay in response. As for Your boyfriend here is what I can tell you from basic UK law.

I am passing thos question onm to my superiour to get a more precise answer what to do next.First off, you will be unable to apply for a fiance visa. The reason being is you have not met in person. You must know each other for a minimum of six months. his clause refers to the recent growth in online meetings and relationships. Keep hold of the letters exchanged between you. Whe you do apply for a fiance visa they will be needed to show you have been in contact with one another

He may be able to enter the UK, but on a very restricted visitors visa with you acting as his sponsor (if need be) Once my colleague gets back to me I will elaborate into further detail of a UK sponsor. As of now it is not neccessary since he has not received a US passport. It is to my understanding he will be denied a US passport which is a mandatory requirement for UK entry.

( Another question I forgot is does he have children> Does he owe child support? Again, I have to ask these questions to give a valid answer) If the answer is yes, then I am afraid he will be unable to leave the country. As mentioned before, He may be unable to obtain a US passport due to his time in prison. Generally the law is you must be crime free to gain status in the UK for teen years before being allowed in.

These laws have recently been modified, but vary by circumstances. Any drug-related crime will result in denial of passport and/entry to the United Kingdom.Any violent crime will do the same.He will not be able to acquire a passport within a week. That is for certain. If you plan to have him come back to the UK with You, then you may stay a period of up to 90 days on a US visitors visa.

I understand your work will not allow this.Even if he is allowed to visit the UK, in order to marry you must be prepared to spend money.for instance: A fiance visa runs in the area of £500. You will be required to marry within six months and they apply for a spousal visa (£395) and 2 year ILR for him to stay as your husband. In order to apply for these visas you must first. meet each other in person prove that he is able to live in the UK with you and that you will have proper support and access to funds as he will not be able to work until you are married and it will be 14 weeks after you are wed that it is decided if he may stay under a spousal law.

**Marriage Does Not guarantee visa approval** See how it is your visit goes.

Please feel Free to email me. I have been on holiday so now back, i will answer more quickly

A small bit of advice: seeing as he is in New York, then he is in the main area for passport applicants. Have him do some research to see if he is able to get a passport. He may speak to his attorney or US passport agency of any kind.

It may not be in your best interest to go to NY just yet if you plan to take him back with you. It will be too soon and he will not get a passport withing a week even if he was not holding a criminal record. You will be in store for a great amount of work if you want to be together. Perhaps a visit to see how you get on may be a good idea if you wish to do that.

I can tell you by experience that in letters and in prison, a person is different. I understand your love. I met my husband through the Internet. So I do not doubt your love is genuine. It is however, the way I can guarantee great amounts of paperwork and difficulties obtaining his ability to stay in our country. Please keep me informed. I look forward to hearing from you and wish the Best.Fraser--- On Thu, 18/9/08, roxyfoxy wrote:

Hey I am so happy that you replied to my email.

okay here are the answers to your questions.

Nope he doesn't hold a passport he has never had one but he is going to apply for it as soon as he is released from prison on Oct 30Th

The felony on record is for a robbery in 1992

he has never been out of the USA

He will have no probation whatsoever as he has 'maxed out his sentence

nope I have never met him in person before but we have been writing for the last year

No he doesn't have any family or UK heritage

I'm sure he will be able to get any letters as he has lots of contacts and connections

Wow I didn't realize that you couldn't get a passport to leave the country if you have a record that is so harsh.

I am planning on flying out to NYC on October the 30Th to meet him and we had planned on doing some sightseeing shopping and sorting out all of the relevant paperwork I.e passport and visas we are limited on time spent there maybe a week max due to my work commitments. I just don't want to waste a plane flight with the cost and him being rejected.

There's not a lot that I can tell you other than we have proof that we are in love from our letters. I met him though my ex boyfriend who was an American citizen. I was last in NYC in Feb but I didn't get to see him and I spent 3 months living in CT in 2000 I don't think this is relevant but I just mentioned it in case. I own my own house and have a business so can provide proof of earnings to support him.

If you need any more info then please get in touch thank you so much once again for taking the time to reply to my email.

Love N light

Roxy
